Our Self-Defense instruction is based on a model of empowerment rather than physical agility. The class educates women about using their individual skills to defend themselves. The training also empowers women to become more aware, assertive, and skilled in verbal and physical techniques. The Self-defense Class is open to women of all physical abilities ages 13+. This class will be taught in Spanish and is open to the public for free.
